Empowering our clients.
Welcome! I’m Ania - Registered Dietitian (RD) and Founder of Mindful Nutrition 365.
Are you thinking to yourself…
- “I’ve tried everything to lose weight, but nothing works. How can I possibly lose (and keep off) these last 10 pounds?”
- “I know I need to make better choices for pregnancy, but I’m just not sure what to eat.”
- “PCOS makes it really hard for me to lose weight. What am I doing wrong?”
- “I have Chronic Kidney Disease. I was told to limit certain foods, but I don’t really understand what I’m supposed to eat each day.”
Between fad diets, celebrity-endorsed supplements, or the latest weight loss approaches on social media, information about nutrition can be confusing.
You just feel stuck.
My six years of professional experience and education as a credentialed nutrition expert has reinforced that we’re ALL different.
There is no one-size- fits-all approach when it comes to food.
I founded this company with one goal in mind: to empower you with the knowledge and tools that you need to make practical lifestyle changes and live your best life. With years of professional experience in clinical and dialysis settings along with geriatric consulting roles, I stay up-to- date on evidence-based nutrition research in order to provide my patients with tailored and realistic nutrition advice that
encourages a balanced lifestyle and positive relationship with food. A born a raised Connecticut native, I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Long Island University and a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph.
I’ve completed a rigorous and competitive clinical internship program while completing my Graduate studies, successfully passed a national board exam in order to become an RD, and ensure lifelong learning through continuing education credits.
My mission has always been the same: inspire, educate, and empower with knowledge.
I’m here to help you discover practical nutrition strategies that will help you achieve your desired goal. Whether you’re looking to improve your reproductive health with food, delay the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease, learn practical evidence-based approaches to support weight loss, or something else - You have a home here at Mindful Nutrition 365.
