with over six years of professional experience counseling and educating everyday people just like you.
Specializing in nutrition for women’s health, Chronic Kidney Disease, and keeping off those last few pounds, you and I will work closely to develop a personalized and practical nutrition road map.
I utilize a realistic approach in developing individualized nutrition goals for my clients and firmly believe that small changes work best for establishing long-term healthy habits.
My expertise coupled with an evidence-based approach to ditching the dieting mindset and promoting a more balanced approach to meal time has allowed others like you to establish a healthier relationship with food.
We teach mindful eating techniques and the skills necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
